Sephora Canada seeks a Beauty Advisor (Flex) in Ancaster, ON. Part-time/flex hourly role, CAD$18.20–21.40/hr.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised in-store consultations and tailored product recommendations to meet individual client needs.
  • Educate and demonstrate product usage and benefits to empower clients and build long-term relationships.
  • Drive sales performance by meeting or exceeding daily and weekly KPIs and conversion targets.
  • Maintain merchandising standards, manage inventory tasks and ensure a clean, organised, and welcoming boutique environment.
  • Stay current on product launches, beauty techniques and market trends to provide relevant advice.
  • Contribute to an inclusive team environment that supports collaboration and exceptional client experiences.

Qualifications

  • Previous client-facing experience in retail, hospitality or a service environment with demonstrated customer-service excellence.
  • Passion for beauty, trends and product knowledge across makeup, skincare and fragrance.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
  • Reliable availability for retail peak hours, including nights, weekends and holidays; punctuality and consistent attendance.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Fast learner with the ability to assimilate and share product knowledge quickly.

Experience

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary studies or certification in cosmetology, esthetics or a related field considered an asset.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 18.20 to CAD 21.40 per hour.
