Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, consultative beauty experiences and product recommendations tailored to each client’s needs.
- Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
- Stay current with beauty trends, launches and application techniques to provide relevant advice.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive selling and clienteling.
- Maintain merchandising standards, inventory accuracy and a clean, welcoming sales floor.
- Support an inclusive team environment and uphold company policies to ensure a safe customer experience.
- Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays and meet minimum weekly shift requirements for the flex role.
Qualifications
- Previous retail, hospitality or client-facing experience with demonstrated ability to build customer relationships.
- Passion for beauty, trends and product education.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and share product knowledge with clients and teammates.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Availability to work peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays) and meet the flex schedule (typically 4–14 hrs/week).
