Sephora is seeking a part-time Beauty Advisor in Ferrara on a fixed-term contract. The role welcomes and advises customers, supports daily store operations, contributes to budget and target achievement, manages stock and deliveries, and fosters strong teamwork.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide a unique, memorable shopping experience, ensuring they feel cared for, heard and well advised.
- Offer visitors personalized consultations based on their customer profile and the products being discussed.
- Support the Store Manager and Specialists with daily store activities.
- Contribute actively to store budget and target achievement, adapting to strategy changes and action plans set by managers.
- Replenish and manage stock and deliveries.
- Build team spirit by collaborating with colleagues and fostering a positive working environment.
Qualifications
- Strong business orientation and commitment to customer satisfaction.
