Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations to meet each client's unique needs
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and educate clients on beauty innovations, techniques, and trends
- Maintain awareness of current beauty products and industry trends to provide relevant and timely advice
- Drive sales results by exceeding performance goals and key performance indicators set by Sephora
- Support inventory management, merchandising activities, and maintain a clean, organized, welcoming store environment
