Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized consultations and tailored product recommendations to meet each client's needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance; educate clients on application and routines.
- Stay current with beauty trends, product launches and techniques to provide relevant, consultative advice.
- Drive sales and meet key performance indicators through expert clienteling and conversion of consultations into purchases.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, support inventory processes and ensure a clean, organized sales floor.
- Promote an inclusive, collaborative team environment and uphold Sephora's policies to ensure a safe shopping experience.
- Be available for scheduled shifts during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
Qualifications
- Previous retail, hospitality or client-facing experience demonstrating exceptional service and client relationship development.

- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; strong consultative sales aptitude.
- Reliable availability for required minimum weekly shifts and peak retail hours.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Education
