The Beauty Advisor delivers tailored beauty consultations and product recommendations, shares product expertise, supports sales performance and maintains an inclusive, welcoming store environment. This flex, part-time role offers non-guaranteed hours, with 4–14 hours per week and availability for nights, weekends and holidays; pay is $19.80–$22.90 per hour, depending on qualifications, experience and other position- or location-specific factors.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client’s needs.
- Share product expertise to educate and empower clients.
- Stay current on beauty products, techniques and trends to provide relevant advice.
- Exceed sales goals and key performance indicators.
- Support inventory and merchandising, and maintain a clean, organized and welcoming environment.
- Promote an inclusive culture where everyone feels empowered.
- Follow company policies and help ensure a safe, secure and enjoyable shopping experience.
- Meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts and hours.
