Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client's needs and preferences.
- Drive sales and meet key performance indicators through consultative selling and effective clienteling.
- Demonstrate product knowledge across makeup, skincare and fragrance, and educate clients on application techniques and regimen.
- Maintain merchandising standards, support inventory management and ensure the sales floor is clean, organized and visually compelling.
- Stay current with beauty trends, new product launches and brand campaigns to provide relevant, up-to-date advice.

Qualifications
- Previous experience delivering excellent client service in retail, hospitality or another client-facing environment preferred.
- Passion for beauty, trends and empowering client confidence.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative sales approach.
- Ability to learn quickly and retain product knowledge.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds; punctual with reliable attendance.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Experience
Entry-level role; previous retail or client-facing experience is preferred but not required. Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent service and build client relationships is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; cosmetology, esthetics or beauty certification is a plus.
