Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized consultations and tailored product recommendations that address each client’s needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product expertise to educate and empower clients on makeup, skincare, and fragrance.
- Stay current on beauty trends, product launches and application techniques to provide relevant advice.
- Drive sales performance and achieve individual KPIs and store targets through consultative selling.
- Support merchandising, inventory processes and maintain a clean, welcoming sales floor and display standards.
- Contribute to an inclusive store culture by collaborating with colleagues and supporting brand standards and policies.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to provide excellent customer service and develop strong client relationships in retail, hospitality, or client-facing roles (preferred).
- A demonstrable passion for beauty, trends and product knowledge with an eagerness to learn.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable advising diverse clientele.
- Reliable availability for retail hours including nights, weekends and holidays; must meet required minimum weekly shifts.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience
Entry-level role; previous retail, hospitality or other client-facing experience is preferred but not mandatory. Candidates should demonstrate customer service aptitude and a willingness to learn product techniques.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
