Sephora is hiring a part-time Beauty Advisor for its West Acres Mall location in Fargo. The role delivers personalized beauty consultations, product recommendations, client service, and sales results while supporting merchandising, inventory, store standards, and an inclusive team environment; weekly schedules are 15–29 hours, with availability required for nights, weekends, and holidays. Permanent, regular position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and deliver personalized beauty experiences through tailored consultations and product recommendations.
- Demonstrate product expertise by educating and empowering clients in their beauty journey.
- Keep current with beauty products, techniques, and trends to provide relevant advice.
- Work to exceed sales goals and key performance indicators.
- Support inventory and merchandising, and maintain a clean, organized, welcoming store environment.
- Promote an inclusive culture where everyone feels empowered and collaborate with the team.
- Follow company policies and Sephora standards to help provide a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Previous experience and demonstrated ability to provide excellent service and develop strong client relationships in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
- Passion for beauty, trends, and empowering confidence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive as a team player in a collaborative, goal-oriented, and inclusive environment.
- Ability to learn quickly and absorb and share product knowledge.
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Availability to meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts and hours, work during peak retail operations including nights, weekends, and holidays, and maintain punctuality and consistent attendance.
