Sephora (West Acres Mall, Fargo, ND) is hiring a part-time Beauty Advisor. $16.60–$22.00/hr. Provide consultations, sell beauty products, and maintain the store.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised consultations and product recommendations to meet individual client needs and build long-term relationships.
  • Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance; educate and empower clients during in-store consultations.
  • Stay current with beauty trends, new product launches and application techniques to provide relevant, up-to-date advice.
  • Achieve and exceed sales goals and key performance indicators through consultative selling and client follow-up.
  • Support inventory processes, merchandising, and visual presentation to maintain an attractive, organised retail environment.
  • Maintain store standards and adherence to company policies to create a safe, welcoming shopping experience for all clients.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience delivering excellent client service in retail, hospitality or another client-facing environment preferred.
  • Passion for beauty and strong interest in product and trend knowledge.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Collaborative team player who thrives in a target-driven retail environment.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and work retail hours including nights, weekends and holidays.

Experience
