Sephora seeks a Beauty Advisor for its Fairlawn, Ohio store to deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations to clients. The role combines product expertise, trend awareness, and sales performance within a flexible hourly schedule of 4-14 hours per week, with availability required during peak retail operations including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty experiences through tailored consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client's needs
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and educate clients on beauty products, techniques, and applications
- Monitor and stay current with the latest beauty trends, products, and industry innovations to provide relevant and authoritative advice
- Achieve sales goals and key performance indicators whilst maintaining Sephora's service excellence standards
- Support inventory management, merchandising execution, and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
