Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty experiences through tailored consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client's needs
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and educate clients on beauty products, techniques, and applications
- Monitor and stay current with the latest beauty trends, products, and industry innovations to provide relevant and authoritative advice
- Achieve sales goals and key performance indicators whilst maintaining Sephora's service excellence standards
- Support inventory management, merchandising execution, and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
