Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations based on individual client needs
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and educate clients on beauty techniques and applications
- Monitor industry trends and stay current with latest beauty products to provide relevant advice
- Drive sales performance by exceeding targets and key performance indicators
- Support store operations including inventory management, merchandising, and maintaining a clean, organized retail environment
- Foster an inclusive and collaborative team culture where all clients and colleagues feel empowered
