Sephora is hiring a Part‑Time Beauty Advisor in Exton, PA — deliver personalized beauty consultations and sales at $19.80–$22.90/hr.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized one-to-one beauty consultations and product recommendations that address each client’s needs and preferences.
  • Demonstrate product knowledge across makeup, skincare and fragrance; educate clients on application techniques and product benefits.
  • Drive sales performance by meeting or exceeding individual KPIs and conversion targets through consultative selling and clienteling.
  • Maintain merchandising standards, support inventory processes and ensure the store is clean, organized and visually inviting.
  • Remain current on industry trends, new product launches and competitive activity to provide relevant, timely advice.
  • Support a culture of inclusivity and teamwork; adhere to company policies to create a safe and welcoming shopping experience.
  • Work a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends and holidays and meet required minimum weekly shifts/hours.

Qualifications

  • Previous customer-facing experience in retail, hospitality or other client-focused environments preferred.
  • Passion for beauty, trends and product-driven client education.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
  • Demonstrated reliability with punctual attendance and flexibility to work peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays).
  • Ability to learn quickly and retain product information; comfortable delivering demonstrations and tutorials.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience

Entry-level role; previous retail, hospitality, or client-facing experience is preferred but not required. Candidates should demonstrate strong customer service aptitude and the ability to build client relationships.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
