Sephora Eugene is hiring a Part-Time Beauty Advisor in Eugene, OR — deliver personalised consultations, product expertise and drive in-store sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized in-store consultations and tailored product recommendations that align with each client's needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate deep product knowledge across makeup, skincare, fragrance and tools to educate and empower clients.
- Drive sales performance by achieving individual and store KPIs, including conversion and average transaction value.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, support inventory processes and ensure the sales floor is clean, organised and inviting.
- Remain current on beauty trends, product launches and application techniques to provide up-to-date advice.
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative team environment and uphold Sephora’s policies to ensure a safe and enjoyable shopping experience.
- Work a flexible schedule that includes peak retail hours (evenings, weekends and holidays) and meet required weekly shift commitments.
Qualifications
- Previous retail, hospitality or client-facing experience with demonstrable customer service capability.
- Passion for beauty and strong interest in current product and application trends.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport quickly.
- Team-oriented mindset with a goal-driven approach to sales and client satisfaction.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable punctuality and availability to work nights, weekends and holidays as required.

Experience
Entry-level role; previous experience in retail, hospitality or another client-facing environment is preferred but not required. Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service and build client relationships is essential.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; equivalent customer-facing experience accepted.
