Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized, consultative beauty experiences and tailored product recommendations to each client.
  • Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance; educate and empower clients through demonstrations and advice.
  • Stay current with beauty trends, product launches and application techniques to provide relevant recommendations.
  • Drive sales and meet store KPIs through consultative selling and client follow‑up.
  • Support merchandising, inventory management and visual standards to ensure a clean, inviting retail environment.
  • Work collaboratively to foster an inclusive, team‑oriented store culture while upholding company policies and safety standards.
  • Maintain reliable availability for scheduled shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays, and meet minimum weekly hour requirements.

Qualifications

  • Previous client‑facing retail, hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
  • Passion for beauty, trends and helping clients feel confident.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; strong team orientation.
  • Ability to learn and share product knowledge quickly.
  • Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform standing/moving duties for retail shifts.
  • Availability to work retail peak hours (nights, weekends and holidays); part‑time schedule typically 15–29 hrs/week.
