Sephora Canada seeks a Part‑Time Beauty Advisor in Etobicoke (Sherway Gardens) to deliver personalized consultations and drive sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client's needs and preferences.
  • Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare, and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets and key performance indicators.
  • Maintain merchandising standards, support inventory activities, and ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming sales floor.
  • Stay current on beauty trends, new product launches, and category innovations to provide relevant advice.
  • Foster an inclusive, team-oriented environment and uphold company policies for a safe shopping experience.
  • Be available for scheduled shifts during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends and holidays, and maintain punctual attendance.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience delivering exceptional client service in retail, hospitality, or a client-facing environment preferred.
  • Genuine passion for beauty, trends, and helping clients feel confident.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative sales approach.
  • Collaborative team player comfortable working in a goal-oriented environment.
  • Quick learner able to absorb product knowledge and translate it into client advice.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as required.

Experience

Entry-level role; previous retail, hospitality, or client-facing experience is preferred but not required. Demonstrated ability to develop client relationships and meet sales objectives is an asset.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary training in cosmetology, esthetics, or a related field is advantageous.
