Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client's individual needs and skin profile
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and educate clients on application techniques, ingredients, and beauty trends
- Stay current with evolving beauty products, techniques, and market trends to provide relevant and timely guidance
- Drive sales performance by exceeding established goals and key performance indicators
- Support store operations through inventory management, merchandising execution, and maintenance of a clean, organized retail environment

Qualifications
