Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to meet each client's individual needs
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and educate clients about beauty trends, techniques, and innovations
- Maintain knowledge of current beauty products, trends, and techniques to provide relevant and timely advice
- Drive sales performance by exceeding company targets and key performance indicators
- Support inventory management, merchandising activities, and ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming retail environment
