Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized consultations and tailored product recommendations to meet each client’s needs and preferences.
  • Demonstrate product expertise through in‑store demonstrations, application techniques, and education that empower clients.
  • Stay informed on product launches, categories and beauty trends to provide current and relevant advice.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive client engagement and follow-up.
  • Support merchandising, inventory management and visual presentation to maintain an organized, welcoming salesfloor.
  • Contribute to an inclusive, team-oriented environment and uphold company policies to ensure a safe shopping experience.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in retail, hospitality or other client-facing roles with demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and long‑term client relationships.
  • Passion for beauty, trends, and client empowerment; eager to learn and share product knowledge.
  • Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays and meet minimum weekly shift requirements for part‑time schedules.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform typical retail duties for the duration of a shift.

Experience
