Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client's individual needs and preferences
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and educate clients on beauty techniques, trends, and application methods to empower their purchasing decisions
- Maintain current knowledge of emerging beauty products, techniques, and industry trends to provide relevant and timely advice
- Achieve and exceed sales goals and key performance indicators while maintaining authentic client engagement
- Support store operations through inventory management, merchandising maintenance, and ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming shopping environment
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative team culture and promote company policies to create a safe and enjoyable customer experience
