Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised beauty consultations and product recommendations to build client confidence and loyalty.
- Demonstrate product expertise and conduct product demonstrations to educate and empower clients.
- Stay current with beauty trends, new product launches and application techniques to provide relevant advice.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators through consultative selling and clienteling.
- Support merchandising, inventory activities and maintain a clean, organised and visually appealing sales floor.
- Adhere to Sephora policies and standards to ensure a safe, secure and inclusive shopping environment.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service and cultivate strong client relationships in retail, hospitality or other client-facing roles.
- Passion for beauty, trends and product knowledge with a desire to continually learn.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable presenting and advising clients one‑to‑one.
- Reliable availability during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform retail duties for extended periods.

Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
