Sephora Canada is hiring a part-time Beauty Advisor in Edmonton, AB. CAD$17–$20/hr, flexible scheduling, retail sales role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to individual client needs
- Demonstrate expert knowledge of beauty products and educate clients on application techniques and skincare routines
- Monitor industry trends and stay current with new product launches and beauty innovations to provide relevant advice
- Drive sales performance and key performance indicators while exceeding assigned targets
- Support inventory management, merchandising displays, and maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment
- Foster an inclusive and collaborative team culture where all clients and colleagues feel empowered and welcomed
- Uphold Sephora Canada standards and company policies to ensure a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience
