Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations to meet individual client needs
  • Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and educate clients on beauty techniques and trends
  • Monitor and maintain knowledge of current beauty products, trends, and innovations to provide relevant, timely advice
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales goals and key performance indicators
  • Support inventory management, merchandising activities, and maintain a clean, organized retail environment
  • Foster an inclusive, collaborative team culture and promote company policies and standards
  • Ensure safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experiences in compliance with Sephora Canada guidelines

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or client-focused service environments
