Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations to clients.
- Demonstrate product expertise through live demonstrations and hands-on application.
- Stay current on beauty trends, product launches and application techniques to inform clients.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Support merchandising, inventory activities and maintain a clean, organised salesfloor.
- Promote an inclusive, collaborative store culture and adhere to company policies and standards.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality or another client-facing environment preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client service mindset.
- Passion for beauty, trends and product education.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
Skills
Experience
Entry-level; previous retail, hospitality or client-facing experience preferred with demonstrated ability to develop client relationships and meet sales objectives.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; cosmetology or beauty-related certifications are an asset.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 17 to CAD 20 per hour.
