Sephora Canada hiring a Part-time Beauty Advisor in Edmonton, AB — client-facing role focused on consultations, product expertise and sales (CAD$17–20/hr).

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised in-store beauty consultations and product recommendations that address each client's needs and preferences.
  • Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, new product launches and application techniques.
  • Drive sales performance by meeting or exceeding individual sales goals and KPIs.
  • Support merchandising, stock management and visual presentation to ensure a tidy, on-brand selling environment.
  • Contribute to an inclusive team culture and assist in daily store operations while upholding company policies and safety standards.
  • Be available for scheduled shifts during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

  • Previous retail, hospitality or client-facing experience preferred; demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Genuine passion for beauty, trends and product knowledge.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable building rapport with diverse clientele.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a results-driven attitude.
  • Reliable availability and punctuality to meet required weekly shift minimums for part-time roles.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
