Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized consultations and product recommendations to meet each client's beauty needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product knowledge across makeup, skincare and fragrance lines and educate clients on application and benefits.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets and other key performance indicators through consultative selling.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, support inventory replenishment and ensure a clean, welcoming sales floor.
- Stay current on beauty trends, new product launches and technique innovations to provide relevant client advice.
- Contribute to an inclusive, collaborative team environment and uphold company policies for a safe shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Previous client-facing experience in retail, hospitality or a service environment with demonstrated customer service skills.
- Passion for beauty, product-driven curiosity and the ability to learn and share product knowledge rapidly.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport and long-term client relationships.
- Reliable availability for peak retail hours (nights, weekends and holidays) and adherence to scheduled shifts.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Experience
Entry-level / beginner: prior retail, hospitality or client-facing experience preferred but not mandatory. Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent service and meet sales objectives is an asset.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; cosmetology or beauty-related certification is an asset but not required.

The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 17 to CAD 20 per hour.
