Sephora Edison, NJ is hiring a part-time Beauty Advisor at Menlo Park Mall; deliver personalized beauty consultations and drive sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client’s needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product expertise through live demonstrations, applications, and thorough product knowledge.
- Stay current with beauty trends, new launches, and category knowledge to provide relevant advice and inspire repeat visits.
- Drive sales and meet or exceed store KPIs through proactive client engagement and follow-up.
- Support merchandising, inventory maintenance and presentation to ensure a clean, organized and inviting sales floor.
- Adhere to Sephora’s operational standards, company policies and a safe, inclusive shopping environment.
Qualifications
- Previous customer‑facing experience in retail, hospitality or a service environment preferred.
- Passion for beauty, trends, and client empowerment.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable building rapport with diverse clientele.
- Reliable availability for retail peak hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and maintain periods of standing and movement on the sales floor.

Experience
Entry-level role; prior retail, hospitality or other client-facing experience preferred but not mandatory.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
