Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and bespoke product recommendations to meet individual client needs.
- Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance; educate and empower clients on application and routines.
- Stay current with product launches, techniques and industry trends to provide relevant, trend-forward advice.
- Drive sales by meeting and exceeding individual and store KPIs through consultative selling and relationship building.
- Support merchandising, inventory management and visual standards to maintain a clean, organized and welcoming environment.
- Uphold company policies and contribute to a safe, inclusive shopping experience for clients and colleagues.
- Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays as required by peak retail operations.
Qualifications
- Previous customer-facing experience in retail, hospitality or another client-service environment preferred.
- Demonstrable passion for beauty, trends and product knowledge with a desire to learn continuously.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport quickly.
- Reliable punctuality and consistent attendance; ability to meet required weekly shift minimums for part-time (15–29 hrs/week).
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience
Entry-level role; prior customer-facing retail or hospitality experience is preferred but not required. Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent service and build client relationships is advantageous.
