Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised in-store consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client’s needs and preferences.
  • Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare, fragrance and beauty tools; educate clients on application and routines.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of beauty trends, launches and merchandising directives to ensure relevant client advice.
  • Achieve individual sales targets and key performance indicators through clienteling and proactive selling.
  • Support inventory control, visual merchandising and housekeeping to maintain a clean, organised and enticing sales floor.
  • Promote an inclusive, team-focused environment and adhere to Sephora’s operational standards, policies and safety procedures.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service in retail, hospitality or client-facing roles.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative, goal-oriented mindset.
  • Demonstrable passion for beauty, trends and product knowledge; quick learner able to share expertise with clients.
  • Reliable availability for nights, weekends and holiday shifts as required by retail peak hours.
  • Physically capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.

Experience
