  • Drive sales performance by achieving individual and store KPIs and contributing to revenue targets.
  • Support merchandising, inventory accuracy and visual standards to ensure a clean, organized and inviting retail environment.
  • Promote an inclusive, collaborative store culture and adhere to company policies to ensure a safe, welcoming shopping experience.
  • Maintain flexible availability for peak retail hours (nights, weekends and holidays) and consistent punctuality and attendance.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or other client-facing roles demonstrating excellent customer service and relationship building.
  • Passion for beauty, trends and product innovation with the ability to learn and retain product knowledge quickly.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable delivering one-to-one consultations.
  • Team-oriented mindset and ability to perform in a goal-driven, collaborative environment.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as required by store operations.
  • Availability for scheduled shifts that include nights, weekends and holidays.

Experience
