The Beauty Advisor delivers personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations, shares product expertise, supports sales goals and store presentation, and contributes to an inclusive, safe shopping experience at Sephora. This is a permanent, full-time role requiring 30–40 hours per week, with availability for peak retail periods; pay is $18.00–$20.50 per hour depending on qualifications, experience, and other legitimate business factors.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client’s needs.
- Share product expertise to educate and empower clients.
- Stay current with beauty products, techniques, and trends to provide relevant advice.
- Exceed sales goals and key performance indicators.
- Support inventory and merchandising, and maintain a clean, organized, welcoming store environment.
