Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client's needs and preferences.
  • Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
  • Stay informed of beauty trends, new product launches and techniques to provide relevant, current advice.
  • Drive sales results by meeting or exceeding individual KPI and sales targets through consultative selling.
  • Support merchandising, inventory accuracy and visual standards to maintain a clean, inviting retail environment.
  • Promote an inclusive, team-oriented atmosphere and uphold Sephora’s customer service and safety standards.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to provide excellent client service in a retail, hospitality or client-facing environment.
  • Passion for beauty products, trends and client empowerment.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable building rapport quickly.
  • Demonstrated reliability with flexible availability for nights, weekends and holiday peak periods.
  • Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as required on the sales floor.

Experience
