Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client's needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
- Stay informed of beauty trends, new product launches and techniques to provide relevant, current advice.
- Drive sales results by meeting or exceeding individual KPI and sales targets through consultative selling.
- Support merchandising, inventory accuracy and visual standards to maintain a clean, inviting retail environment.
- Promote an inclusive, team-oriented atmosphere and uphold Sephora’s customer service and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to provide excellent client service in a retail, hospitality or client-facing environment.
- Passion for beauty products, trends and client empowerment.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable building rapport quickly.
- Demonstrated reliability with flexible availability for nights, weekends and holiday peak periods.
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as required on the sales floor.
Skills
Experience
Entry-level. Prior experience in retail, hospitality or another client-facing role is preferred but not required; demonstrated customer service aptitude is essential.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 18 to USD 20.50 per hour.
