Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations that address each client's needs and preferences.
  • Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance; educate and empower clients to build routine and confidence.
  • Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators through consultative selling and client relationship development.
  • Maintain store presentation, visual merchandising and inventory accuracy to ensure a welcoming retail environment.
  • Stay current with beauty trends, new launches and application techniques to provide relevant, trend-forward advice.
  • Foster an inclusive, collaborative team environment and uphold Sephora’s standards for safety, security and customer experience.
  • Work a flexible schedule to cover peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays; meet minimum weekly shift requirements.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in retail, hospitality or other client-facing roles with demonstrable customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • Passion for beauty products, trends and a commitment to ongoing product learning.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable conducting one-on-one consultations.
  • Reliable attendance, punctuality and ability to meet scheduling requirements for peak retail operations.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as required for merchandising and inventory tasks.
