Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized consultations and tailored product recommendations that address each client’s needs and preferences.
  • Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
  • Stay current with beauty trends, new product launches and application techniques to provide relevant, up-to-date advice.
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and key performance indicators through client acquisition and retention.
  • Support merchandising, inventory control and visual standards to maintain an attractive, organized sales floor.
  • Ensure a welcoming, inclusive and safe shopping environment by adhering to company policies and customer service standards.
  • Maintain punctuality and meet required scheduling commitments, including nights, weekends and holiday coverage as needed.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or client-facing roles with a demonstrable record of customer service excellence.
  • Passion for beauty products and trends, with the ability to translate product knowledge into tailored client solutions.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
  • Reliability and flexibility to work assigned shifts and peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays).
