Sephora Beauty Advisor position in Dresden, Germany. Full-time or part-time retail role in prestige beauty retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and feedback collection
- Advise customers on skincare, makeup, fragrance, and hair care products tailored to individual needs and preferences
- Maintain sales floor standards in accordance with visual merchandising specifications and product presentation guidelines
- Ensure consistent stock availability and efficient inventory management across all departments
- Perform cash register operations and process transactions with accuracy and professionalism
- Support and execute visual merchandising updates, conversions, and promotional installations
- Conduct physical inventories and maintain stock control systems
- Deliver short-format beauty services and consultations across all product categories
- Monitor key retail performance indicators including conversion rate, items per basket, average basket value, and customer satisfaction metrics
- Ensure proper cleaning and maintenance of sales floor furniture and product displays
- Assist with warehouse organization and product replenishment to sales floor
- Support team productivity and maintain engagement through collaborative teamwork
