Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations aligned with individual client needs
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and educate clients on beauty techniques and application methods
- Maintain current knowledge of beauty trends, new products, and industry innovations
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales goals and key performance indicators
- Support inventory management, merchandising displays, and store cleanliness
