Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to client needs and preferences
- Demonstrate product expertise and educate clients on beauty products, techniques, and application methods
- Monitor and stay current with latest beauty trends, products, and innovations to provide relevant advice
- Drive sales performance and exceed assigned key performance indicators and sales goals
- Support inventory management, merchandising displays, and maintain a clean, organized store environment
- Foster an inclusive, welcoming atmosphere where all clients feel respected and empowered
- Ensure compliance with Sephora standards, company policies, and safety protocols
