Sephora (Cherry Creek, Denver) seeks a Part-Time Beauty Advisor to deliver personalized consultations and drive sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized in-store beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations to build client confidence and loyalty.
- Demonstrate expert product knowledge across makeup, skincare and fragrance, educating clients on benefits and application techniques.
- Drive sales performance by meeting or exceeding store KPIs and individual sales targets through consultative selling and clienteling.
- Maintain merchandising standards, support inventory tasks and ensure a clean, organized and welcoming retail environment.
- Stay current with beauty trends, new product launches and industry techniques to provide relevant advice and increase repeat visits.
- Promote an inclusive, collaborative team environment and adhere to company policies to ensure a safe shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Previous customer-facing experience in retail, hospitality or a client-focused environment; beauty retail experience preferred.
- Demonstrable passion for beauty, trends and client empowerment.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative sales approach.
- Flexible availability to work nights, weekends and holidays; ability to meet minimum weekly shift requirements for part-time schedules.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Entry-level: Previous retail, hospitality, or client-facing experience preferred; candidates with 0–2 years of customer service experience are suitable.
Education
No formal degree required; high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
