Sephora Denver seeks a Part-Time Beauty Advisor to deliver personalized beauty consultations and drive sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized in-store consultations and tailored product recommendations to meet individual client needs.
  • Demonstrate and communicate product expertise across makeup, skincare, fragrance and beauty tools to educate and empower clients.
  • Drive sales performance by meeting and exceeding store KPIs, conversion and average transaction value targets.
  • Maintain merchandising, inventory and visual standards; ensure a clean, organized and welcoming sales floor.
  • Remain current on beauty trends, product launches and brand assortments to provide relevant, compelling advice.
  • Provide exceptional, inclusive customer service and foster a culture of openness and teamwork.
  • Adhere to company policies, safety procedures and loss-prevention practices.
  • Work a flexible schedule with availability for peak retail hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in retail, hospitality or client-facing sales preferred; demonstrated ability to build client relationships.
  • Passion for beauty, trends and helping clients feel confident.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative, goal-driven approach.
  • Quick learner able to absorb and share product knowledge effectively.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
  • Punctuality and consistent attendance; ability to meet minimum weekly shift/hours requirements.

Experience
