Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client's individual needs and preferences
- Educate and empower clients through demonstrated product expertise and knowledge of beauty techniques
- Maintain awareness of current beauty products, trends, and industry developments to provide relevant and timely advice
- Support sales performance and key performance indicators while maintaining a consultative approach
- Contribute to inventory management, visual merchandising, and store appearance standards to ensure a clean and organized environment
- Promote an inclusive and collaborative team culture where all team members and clients feel respected and empowered
- Uphold Sephora brand standards and company policies to ensure a safe and enjoyable shopping experience
Qualifications
