Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty experiences through tailored consultations and product recommendations that meet individual client needs
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and educate clients about beauty products, techniques, and solutions
- Monitor and communicate the latest beauty trends, products, and techniques to provide current and relevant advice
- Drive sales results and exceed key performance indicators as set by Sephora
- Support store operations through inventory management, merchandising, and maintaining a clean, organized, welcoming environment
