Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty experiences and consultations tailored to individual client needs and preferences
- Provide expert product recommendations and demonstrate product knowledge to educate and empower clients
- Stay current with emerging beauty trends, new products, and application techniques to deliver relevant guidance
- Support inventory management and merchandising to maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
- Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and key performance indicators set by Sephora
