Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized in‑store beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client’s needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance; educate and empower clients on application techniques and product benefits.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets and KPIs through consultative selling and proactive clienteling.
- Maintain merchandising standards, manage inventory tasks, and ensure an attractive, organized and hygienic retail environment.
- Stay current on beauty trends, product launches and techniques to provide relevant, up‑to‑date advice.
- Contribute to an inclusive team culture by supporting colleagues, sharing knowledge and upholding company policies and safety standards.
- Work flexible retail hours including nights, weekends and holidays and meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional client service in a retail, hospitality or client‑facing environment.
- Passion for beauty, cosmetics and current industry trends with a desire to educate and inspire clients.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable building rapport with diverse clientele.
- Dependable attendance, punctuality and flexibility to work peak retail hours.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience
Entry‑level role; previous retail, hospitality or client‑facing experience is preferred but not mandatory. Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service and build client relationships is expected.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; cosmetology or beauty certification is a plus.
