Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalized, one-to-one beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations to clients.
- Demonstrate deep product knowledge across makeup, skincare, fragrance and haircare; educate and empower clients.
- Drive sales and achieve assigned KPIs through conversion, add-on sales and clienteling activities.
- Maintain merchandising standards, support inventory processes and ensure a clean, organized sales floor.
- Keep current with beauty trends, product launches and techniques to deliver relevant advice.
- Promote an inclusive, collaborative store culture and adhere to company policies and loss-prevention practices.
- Be punctual and reliable; meet the minimum weekly scheduling requirement for part-time (15–29 hrs/week) and work peak retail hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
Qualifications
- Entry-level; prior retail, hospitality or client-facing experience preferred.
- Demonstrated passion for beauty, trends and product education.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mentality.
- Team-oriented, dependable and able to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
