Sephora Dawsonville, GA is hiring a Beauty Advisor (Part‑time/Flex) to deliver personalized consultations and drive sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client’s needs.
- Demonstrate and communicate product expertise to educate and empower clients across makeup, skincare and fragrance.
- Remain current on product launches, techniques and beauty trends to provide relevant advice and drive repeat business.
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs through consultative selling and proactive client engagement.
- Maintain merchandising standards, support inventory processes, and ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming sales floor.
- Foster an inclusive, team-oriented environment and uphold company policies to create a safe and enjoyable shopping experience.
- Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays and maintain punctuality and consistent attendance.

Education
