Sephora is hiring a part-time Beauty Advisor in Davie, Florida, for a permanent, regular position with a 15–29-hour weekly schedule. The role delivers personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations, supports sales goals, inventory and merchandising, and helps maintain an inclusive, welcoming store environment; availability for nights, weekends and holidays is required.

Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations to meet each client's needs.
• Share product expertise to educate and empower clients in their beauty journey.
• Keep current with beauty products, techniques and trends to provide relevant advice.
• Work to exceed sales goals and key performance indicators.
• Support inventory and merchandising, and maintain a clean, organized and welcoming environment.
• Promote an inclusive culture in which everyone feels empowered.
• Follow company policies and help create a safe, secure and enjoyable shopping experience.
• Meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts and hours; be available during peak retail operations, including nights, weekends and holidays, and maintain punctuality and consistent attendance.

Qualifications

• Previous experience and demonstrated ability to provide excellent service and develop strong client relationships in a retail, hospitality or client-focused environment.
• Passion for beauty, trends and empowering confidence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive as a team player in a collaborative, goal-oriented and inclusive environment.
• Ability to learn quickly and absorb and share product knowledge.
• Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Part-time schedule: 15–29 hours per week.
