Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations that meet each client’s needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance; educate and empower clients on application and regimen.
- Stay current with beauty trends, new product launches and techniques to provide relevant, authoritative advice.
- Drive sales performance by achieving individual and store KPIs, including conversion, average transaction value and add-on sales.
- Maintain an organised, clean and welcoming sales floor; support merchandising, inventory accuracy and stock replenishment.
- Promote an inclusive, collaborative team culture and uphold Sephora’s service and safety standards.
- Work a flexible retail schedule including nights, weekends and holidays to meet store needs.
Qualifications
- Previous retail, hospitality or client-facing experience preferred with demonstrated customer-service aptitude.
- Passion for beauty, trends and a commitment to delivering confidence-building client experiences.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
- Reliable availability, punctuality and ability to meet required weekly shift minima.
