Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised one-to-one consultations and product recommendations that meet each client's needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate expert product knowledge and educate clients on application techniques, ingredient benefits and trending routines.
- Achieve and exceed sales goals and key performance indicators through proactive clienteling and conversion.
- Maintain merchandising standards, manage inventory and ensure the sales floor is clean, organised and visually compelling.
- Remain current with beauty trends, new launches and competitor activity to ensure relevant, timely advice.
- Contribute to an inclusive team culture and follow company policies to create a safe, welcoming shopping environment.
Qualifications
- Previous client-facing experience in retail, hospitality or a similar service environment preferred.
- Passion for beauty, cosmetics and current trends with the ability to translate knowledge into recommendations.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable building rapport with diverse clientele.
- Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays; meet minimum weekly shift requirements.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Entry-level. Previous retail, hospitality or client-facing experience is preferred but not mandatory; a demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service is required.
