Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized consultations and product recommendations that address individual client needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product expertise to educate and empower clients on application techniques, routines and ingredient benefits.
- Stay current with beauty product launches, techniques and category trends to provide relevant advice and drive repeat business.
- Achieve sales goals and key performance indicators through proactive client engagement and follow-up.
- Support merchandising, inventory tasks and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming sales floor.
- Contribute to an inclusive, team-oriented environment and uphold company policies to ensure a safe shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Previous customer-facing experience in retail, hospitality or another client-service environment preferred.
- Passion for beauty, trends and helping clients feel confident.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative sales approach.
- Collaborative team player who performs well in a goal-oriented retail environment.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and work retail peak hours (nights, weekends, holidays).
Skills
Experience
Entry-level role; previous retail, hospitality or client-facing experience is preferred but not required. Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service and build client relationships is valued.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
