The full-time Beauty Advisor welcomes clients, provides personalized consultations and product recommendations, shares beauty expertise, and supports sales goals, inventory, merchandising, and store standards. The role is permanent and requires 30–40 hours per week, including availability for peak retail operations, nights, weekends, and holidays; hourly pay is $19.80–$22.90, depending on qualifications, experience, and other legitimate position or location factors.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and deliver personalized beauty experiences through tailored consultations and product recommendations.
- Share product expertise to educate and empower clients in their beauty journeys.
- Stay current on beauty products, techniques, and trends to provide relevant advice.
- Work to exceed sales goals and key performance indicators.
- Support inventory and merchandising, and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
- Promote an inclusive culture where everyone feels empowered and contribute to a collaborative team.
- Follow company policies and help create a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience.
